QuiqTech LLC offers swap free accounts for all available instruments on the Platform.

ABUSE AND TERMINATION

Swap free accounts are to be used in good faith, and clients may not abuse the swap free account to generate profits. In the case where clients are approved for a swap free account after already trading under swap conditions, they may not request their previous swap charges to be waived. QuiqTech LLC, reserves the right to terminate an account’s swap free status at any time. If QuiqTech LLC identifies a swap abuse on a specific account, it reserves the right to proceed with the below actions:

• Terminate swap free conditions in that account;
• Charge all accrued swaps from the time when the account was converted into swap free and convert the account to non-swap free;
• Charge all accrued swaps from the time when the account was converted into swap free and terminate the client’s
